IronMind limits data collection to what is needed to run this website, respond to inquiries, and understand how the site is used.

Analytics and website security

We count page views and a small set of interactions, such as contact clicks, project views, language changes, and form outcomes. These counts are grouped by day, page, language, and interface element. Our analytics database does not store analytics cookies, visitor identifiers, advertising profiles, fingerprints, IP addresses, names, email addresses, or message contents. Aggregated counts are retained for up to 24 months. Hosting infrastructure may process standard network information needed to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining, securing, and improving the site.

Language selection

If you have not chosen a language, the site uses the broad country associated with the request and your browser language to select English or Croatian. IronMind does not retain the IP address used for this choice. A language you select manually is stored in your browser’s local storage and always takes priority. This preference is not used for cross-site tracking.

Contact form

When you submit the form, EmailJS sends IronMind the name, email address, selected service, and message you provide. We use this information to review and answer your inquiry, take steps you request before a possible agreement, and retain a practical record of the conversation. Inquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months. If the inquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant records may be retained longer for service delivery, accounting, or other legal obligations. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

Service providers and transfers

We use hosting, email, and form-delivery providers to operate the website and receive inquiries. Contact-form delivery is provided by EmailJS. Providers process data only as needed to supply their services. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

External content

Some project media is loaded from official third-party sources, including Google Play and Automobili Pininfarina. Those providers may receive standard technical request data, such as your IP address, when your browser retrieves that media. Their own privacy terms apply to that processing.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as data portability where applicable. To make a request, email ironmind.hr@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
